11th IMAPS flash Conference 2025
With pleasure we invite all prospective authors to participate in 11th IMAPS flash Conference 2025 which will be held at 23 – 24. October 2025.
The conference will be organized by IMAPS CZ & SK in cooperation with Institute of Scientific Instruments of the Czech Academy of Sciences. We seek cutting-edge research and applications in microelectronics packaging, including advanced technologies, reliability, quantum devices, and sustainability. The conference will take place at the Institute of Scientific Instruments of the Czech Academy of Sciences. The aim is to present the developments in the semiconductor industry both domestically and globally, as well as innovative advancements in microelectronic technologies, with the purpose of bridging the gap between the scientific and academic community and the industry.
