SPONSORSHIP

As part of the conference, a book of abstracts is published and a social evening with a cultural program is organized. The conference is self-financed, and it is necessary to cover the associated costs. A significant portion is covered annually through advertising and sponsorship. For this year, the following options are available:

• Opportunity for advertisement in the conference proceedings: CZK 1,500 per page

• Bronze sponsor (advertising in the abstract book and on the website, 1 free conference admission) – CZK 7,500

• Silver sponsor (advertising in the abstract book and on the website, distribution of flyers to conference participants,  2 free conference admission) – CZK 15,000

• Gold sponsor (advertising in the abstract book and on the website, distribution of flyers to conference participants, roll-up banner in the conference hall & sponsored presentation, 3 free conference admissions) – CZK 24,000

• Platinum sponsor (advertising in the abstract book and on the website, distribution of flyers to conference participants, roll-up banner in the conference hall & sponsored presentation, sponsorship booth in the lobby area, 4 free conference admissions) – CZK 35,000

It’s also possible to donate a smaller amount — feel free to contact us at novotna@imaps.cz to arrange it individually. The prestige and quality of the conference can also be supported by providing promotional materials, including USB flash drives, which will contain the speakers’ presentations (the expected number of participants is 40 to 50).
