IMAPS flash Conference 2023

Call for abstracts

With pleasure, we invite all prospective authors to participate in the 9th IMAPS flash Conference 2023 which will be held at 26. – 27. October 2023

Based on the author’s preference, the Scientific Committee recommendation and a standard journal reviewing procedure, the manuscript will be published after the conference in a singular edition of Electroscope Journal  (ISSN 1802-4564) and selected papers can be published in one of the following journals:

Microelectronics International (ISSN 1356-5362), impact factor 0,659
Journal of Electrical Engineering (ISSN 1335-3632), impact factor 0,483

Flash Presentation is defined as the speaker’s presentation with a maximum of 4 slides and a maximum duration of 6 minutes. After the presentation will be time for 1-2 questions from the audience.

Prospective authors are kindly asked to send their abstract (2 pages A4 including text, 2 figures and 5 references – pleas use abstract template)  via the conference email in word Word for Windows file.

V rámci konference je vydáván sborník abstraktů a pořádán také společenský večer s kulturním programem. Konference je samofinancující a je třeba pokrýt s tím spojené náklady. Podstatná část je každoročně hrazena z reklam a sponzoringu, což je předmětem tohoto emailu. Pro letošní rok jsou stanoveny následující možnosti:

 

  1.   1 stránka reklamy ve sborníku abstraktů s ISBN     2000 Kč        (je rozesílán na významných vědeckých a technických knihoven)

 

  1.   2 stránky reklamy ve sborníku abstraktů s ISBN     3500 Kč        (je rozesílán na významných vědeckých a technických knihoven)

 

  1.   Stříbrný sponzor (reklama ve sborníku a na www stránkách, 1x vložné)                7500 Kč

 

  1.   Zlatý sponzor (reklama ve sborníku a na www stránkách, 2x vložné)              10000 Kč

 

  1.   Platinový sponzor (dle dohody) > 10000 Kč

 

Prestiž a úroveň konference lze podpořit také dodáním reklamních předmětů, včetně flash disků, na nichž budou nahrány také prezentace přednášejících (předpokládaný počet účastníků je 40 až 50).
